I hereby consent to participate in the Apartheid Archives Study. In so doing, I understand that:

1. My participation in the study is voluntary.
2. I may withdraw from the study at any time by instructing any one of the research team listed above that I would like my narrative deleted from the archive.
3. My narrative will be anonymised.
4. My anonymised narrative could be selected for analysis
5. My anonymised narrative could be selected for publication in a number of outputs generated by the project.
6. I may request that my name be attached to the published narrative if I so wish.
